Where do I return items?
You have two options. You can mail your items back to us at 2109 Chapel Hill Road, Hoover, AL 35216, or you can drop your returns off at any of our 3 store locations in Birmingham, Alabama. Check our store locations tab to find the address! If you choose to return your item(s) to a store location, you MUST fill out a return slip! Please fill out all information and as soon as the item reaches us at the office, we will issue you a store credit for your item(s).
How do I use a store credit?
You can use your store credit at checkout before clicking submit. Please double check while checking out that you have chosen to use your credit.
Can I use my online credit in store or vise versa?
Unfortunately, our system does not support this. We are hoping this can be changed in the future but currently this is not an option!
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $5 and $1 for each additional item. If you pay within 1 hour of carting, you will receive FREE SHIPPING!
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days to return your items for a store credit or exchange. If you have an issues with your item, you are welcome to email us at email@example.com!
Can I return sale items?
Sale items are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns on sale items.
